Ability to reopen/mark as not complete an assignment on the device

The other issue we came across with the Obzervr app, was that if you accidentally cancel a trip or an assignment, you can’t undo this action and it doesn’t come up with a warning like when you ‘complete’ a trip or assignment. This is a bit inconvenient when you accidentally cancel a trip that has many samples attached to it and the only way to undo the action is for someone on portal to mark the trip or assignment as ‘Not Complete’ for the user.
