How do I associate a Work Order to other Users?

Assign - Assign the Work to another team member and change the Work's ownership to the newly assigned person.

Operator/Associated  - Associate other team members to the Work and do not change the Work's ownership.

To associate a Work Order to a User in Obzervr Manager, follow these steps:

Prerequisite: The user needs to be in the same team where the Work Order is located

1. Click on the Work Order Plant Item Name to open the Work Order 

2. Click on the Click to select one or more field operators in the Associated Field Operators to open the Dropdown list

3. You can add more than one Operator to be associated with the Work Order
