Using Obzervr Manager, follow these steps to create & configure a team:
- Open the Obzervr Manager, navigate to Security and select Teams on the left-hand side menu
- Select the Create Team
- Input the relevant information to create a team:
- Tick to enable Team Work Sharing/Participating Supervisors/Supervisor Work Sharing (if applicable)
- Team name
- Team description (if applicable)
- Users and Supervisors
- Work Templates
- and other relevant information if applicable
- Click Save to confirm to create a new team
Notes:
- Only Users added to a Team can see Work in the team.
- Only Work Templates added to the team can be used in that Team
- Only Locations added to the team can be used in that Team
- Enable Work Sharing to enable CMW to see all the Work in the team
