Obzervr Capture app allows you to work offline, however, it is important that you have to synchronize your device as soon as you get the connection. So, your input data is safely saved!
How is your data saved?
Once you complete each task, a timestamp is created and, if you go back to the previous page, the progress circle will be 100%.
Once you finish all the tasks in the Work, you can complete the Work.

Why is Completing a Work important?
Completed is an important status for the following reasons:

The electronic Chain of Custody will be sent to the laboratory.

It will allow Obzervr Manager Users to perform other tasks, like running reports or performing data analytics.
After completing a Work, you will need to synchronize your App to the server so all the input data can be seen in the Manager Portal.
Why do I need to synchronize my app?
Capture App synchronization is the crucial step that you need to proceed regularly to receive any changes or update made from the Manager Portal and every time you complete a Work to ensure all the data is safe.
How do I synchronize my app?
Simply navigate to the top-right corner of the page on your Capture App and find the synchronize symbol. Click on that and leave the app do the work

How do I back-up my data?
It is important that you are back up your device regularly so that if there is anything wrong, you will not lose all your data while we can fix it for you. Backing up Obzervr Capture will allow us to replicate the issue on your device.
Below are the steps of how to back up your data:

In the Obzervr Capture mobile app, click the menu icon on the top-left corner

Select Diagnostics.

On the Diagnostics page, select to Start Upload.

This might take a while. The estimated time remaining will infer how long the backup will take.
You have backed up your Obzervr Capture app. Obzervr Support will get to work fixing your issue!
