The status “On Hold” means that the Work assigned to you needs to be rescheduled or reassigned. Work can be put “On Hold" prior to commencement or during your shift.
To put my Work 'On Hold':
- Tap on your initials on the Work and the context menu at the bottom of the screen will open.
- Tap on Put On Hold
- Tap on Select a value, select 'Other' and add a reason for the Work to be put on hold to the Enter the reason textbox
- Tap on the tick icon.
- Tap OK
