Some Measuring Points have not been set up in SAP properly, will this result in an 'error message' if entered in Obzervr?

If readings are entered incorrectly in Obzervr the error will be generated in SAP when it is synchronised back, and an email will be sent to the Supervisor to alert on the error. A daily report will highlight these errors.
