Before an issue is determined to be network related, please check the following:
- Open Web Browser (Chrome) and browse to one of the bookmarks or permitted sites. Did the page load?
- Yes - Not a network issue
- Please contact the OTSC and state that it is not a Network issue
- No - possible network issue
- Check that you are in an area of suitable network coverage and your device has the following symbol appearing in the top right-hand corner
- If you are in an area you believe should or have previously experienced stable network coverage, please contact the OTSC as there may be an outage.
- Check that you are in an area of suitable network coverage and your device has the following symbol appearing in the top right-hand corner
- Yes - Not a network issue
