After a Work Order is created, it will be assigned to you and marked with 'Assign' status.
The 'Assigned' status means that a new Work has been created but work has not begun yet. Once data is collected in the Work, it will move to the 'In Progress' stage. Once you finish, you will need to 'Complete' your Work.
In a Work Order, there are 3 different types of Groups that you need to know in order to proceed with completing the work.
Among those groups, there are Mandatory fields which you will need to capture values to complete the Work Order.
-
Prerequisite Group
Prerequisite Groups are marked in red with the 'Prerequisite' notice. You need to complete this group first then be able to start working on other groups. The typical prerequisite group is Take Time.
