Is the recorded completion date in SAP, the date the Coal Mine Worker marks the Work "completed" or the date I (as the Supervisor) mark the Work "finalised"?

The completion date captured in SAP is that which relates to when the Supervisor has marked the Work as "finalised" in Manager.
