The key roles that are relevant for Work Execution, as part of the AA Operating Model, are Coal Mine Worker, Supervisor, Planner/Scheduler, Administrator. Their permissions are detailed in the table below:
Coal Mine Worker | Tradesperson working on Tasks Assignments in Capture only. |
Supervisor | Responsible for Task Assignment, shift scheduling, shift handover notes, reporting and exception resolution for their respective teams. Has access to Obzervr Capture & Obzervr Manager. |
Planner/Scheduler |
Responsible for SAP scheduling, maintaining digital forms and the setup and maintenance of User access. They input into shift handover notes. Not permitted to allocate work to Trades or change shift schedules/Task Assignments in Obzervr. Has access to Obzervr Manager only. |
Administrator | Unrestricted access. Power-user with full tenant rights. Not for general use. User account creation password maintenance. |
Safety | Viewing of analytics reports and input into Shift Handover Notes. |
Analytics Viewer | General management personnel who require access to the Analytics data. |
