Improvements for Obzervr Capture
-
First Time Synchronisation Process
To ensure a seamless experience on your first login to Obzervr Capture, we have updated the first time synchronisation process so all data is successfully synchronised to the device before you start work.

New Details and Actions in Work Overview tab
Previously, to Complete, Cancel or Put work On Hold, you had to do it from the Work list by tapping your icon on the job and take action using 'More Options' menu at the bottom of the screen. With our latest update, you are able to take action from the Overview tab directly in the Work assignment.
You are now also able see details of the current state of the Work: incomplete Mandatory fields and Exceptions raised.
Note: If you action Work from the Overview tab, the Work will not be removed until you exit the work and return to the Work list.

Allow addition of new instances to prerequisite groups
Prerequisite groups are a handy feature to ensure that Safety work e.g. Take-5 is completed before proceeding to the job. To ensure compliance when work is re-assigned to a new member, we have introduced the ability to complete another instance of the required Take 5 or SLAM.
The work will need to have pre-requisite groups configured which allow multiple instances. The original assigned member of the Work and/or the Supervisor of the team can add another instance in the prerequisite group to lock the Work again until the new instance is completed.

Work Timezone
As an Obzervr Capture user, you might do your work in a different timezone to where it was scheduled. This means the app will show the local time (where you do the Work) and the time at the original location where it was scheduled. You can set the Timezone for the following:
- The Work Location (Assignment Point);
- The Tenant Timezone;
Technical details for display rules are listed in this article.
Technical details for setup is in this article.
Figure 4: Work (displayed on the local time of UTC +10) is planned at the location SGI001, where the timezone is UTC+8. See how the Work is displayed on Obzervr Manager here.

Dashboard Calendar Date Format
The current calendar format is displayed in United States Date Format, which is mm/dd/yyyy. This version update allows you to switch the date format to your local format (e.g: Australian or United Kingdom format) by changing your browser locale. This change is applied to the date on the Dashboard Calendar.

Label Alias for Work Template Designer
To maintain consistency with the label alias displayed on Obzervr Capture, the label alias now reflected on Designer for Category and Assignment Point. When you want to create a new Work Template or update an existing one, you will see the set label alias instead of the machine-generated Category and Assignment Point.
Note: Check this article to understand what Label Alias is and how to update them.

Work Timezone
Similar to Obzervr Capture, the Timezone displayed on Obzervr Manager allows you to easily tell if the Work is planned for a location in a different Timezone. The Date displayed for the Work is followed by the Timezone.
Technical details for setup and display rules are listed in this article.

Dashboard Work Timezone
To facilitate the Timezone, the dashboard now includes a timezone selection dropdown, defaulted to your regional timezone (note: this is not the user's localisation settings). With this option, you can change the timezone for the calendar to a timezone that can help to display the Work more properly.
After setting the Timezone display, all the Work will be displayed based on this Timezone regardless of their defined Timezone.

Don't delay, update now!
