In the app I have assigned an Accident/Incident form, in filling out the details I stopped at 16% but were able to click completed and are now locked out of the form in Trips on the app? Can you explain the process please.

When Assignments and Trips are Completed, they are locked and put into ‘read-only’ mode. If you want to edit them, you will need to access Manager web portal to mark them as not complete. Here’s how to reopen and edit a Completed Assignment.
