⭐Enhancements

New columns, filtering, and grouping capabilities for Exception Management and Feedback Management

We’ve added new columns, sorting, and grouping capabilities to Exception Management and Feedback Management to match what is available in Worklist. See more context at a glance on your Exceptions and Feedback without having to open individual assignments. New columns:

• Assignment ID
• Assignment Point ID
• Has Attachments
• Has Uploads

Completed PDF regeneration for finalised assignments

A second completed PDF is created when assignments are finalised, including who completed and finalised the assignment, allowing for added context and history when reviewing.

To enable this automation, you will need to add the required command to the ‘Generate PDF’ webhook in the webhooks list in Manager (Integration → Webhooks).

The webhook command you will need to add is:

• FinalisedAssignmentCommand: This is what allows PDF to be generated on an assignment being finalised.

If you have ‘webhook (admin)’ permissions you will be able to manage these webhooks, including disabling, pausing, and deleting them. Learn more about how to manage webhooks here.

Selecting team mandatory on assignment creation

We’ve added a new tenant setting for making the team field mandatory when creating assignments.

To enable this, select your desired tenant on Console. In tenant settings, there will be a new option under the ‘miscellaneous’ dropdown for ‘make team field mandatory when creating assignments’

🗒️ Note: When editing an assignment after this is enabled, the team field will display as a mandatory field containing the team previously set, and cannot be changed.

Other Enhancements

Selecting assignment points are now faster!

We’ve improved load times when selecting assignment points from a long list when creating assignments.

Analytics dashboards now support multiple datasets

Reports can now be set up to use more than one dataset each as needed.

🐞Bug Fixes

• An issue with deactivated users still showing on worklist when assigning work.
• An issue on the assignment summary sidesheet where the outstanding banner was always showing.
• An issue where the Tenant and team cards on Console always displayed 0 Assignment Points.
• An issue on the Work Template page where users could only see work templates for their teams.
• An issue when importing work templates where field history was not enabled despite appearing enabled.
• An issue where reasons on multi-select fields in Work Designer remained when changing field type, causing a publishing error.
• An issue where deleting a group with WorkAPI would sometimes duplicate another.
