There are three instances when a user must manually sync the Capture app:
- At every pre-start meeting
- Every time the User marks their Work (Assignment) as “complete”
- When the Supervisor assigns new Work (Assignment) to the User
To manually sync:
- On Dashboard, tap on the sync button .
- Once the sync has been initiated, the user will receive a notification showing the sync progress bar and a Synchronisation Complete message if the device has successfully synchronised.
