What happens when you post an Idea or Suggestion to our Community
Pinned FeaturedEver wondered what we do with your feedback and ideas? Obzervr encourages our users to express your ideas & suggestions so that we can build Capture and Manager to suit you and your business. There are six steps to take an Idea & Suggestion from a concept to a new feature. Take a look below.
Stage 1: Suggestion
A customer posts their feature idea in our Community so that other Customers can vote for it. The highest ranked ideas are shared with our UX and Engineering teams.
Stage 2: Consideration
The Customer Experience, UX and Engineering teams review an idea based on alignment with our product strategy and roadmap, number of customers to benefit, and cost and time to develop it. If the idea passes, it moves on to the next stage.
Stage 3: Scope & Plan
The feature idea earns a place on the product backlog. At this point of UX and Engineering teams examine the request, so they can write product specs and schedule resources to work on the project.
Stage 4: Development
The UX team takes the features and starts design work. When the design is completed, the request is handed to the Engineering team for coding.
Stage 5: Testing
The Engineering team fixes any bugs or issues to stabilise the feature.
Stage 6: Release
Once the feature passes Testing, it’s released to Obzervr customers who provide feedback and suggest improvements for future releases.
