We are bringing you new features so that as supervisors(s), users can manage certain types of work as a group, hence, be able to keep track of work that consists of many smaller activities or that are being performed by various team, not within my remit.
In this article, we will show you what Group By is and how to use it on both Manager and Capture!
What is Group By and where do I see it?
In Manager
Users can see the Group By feature on the Manager > Work page

In Capture
Users can see the Work Orders grouped as long as the feature is enabled. You will be able to see the Work Order header and the child Work Order underneath it.
How do I use it?
In Manager
Upon selecting the Group check box, on the top-right corner of the page, to enable it, the related Work Order will be group up.

Once the related Work is grouped together, the parent Work Order will have an expand icon on its title, which hovering over with will have the tooltips saying "Show Related Work". Click on that icon to see the grouped Work Orders.

In Capture
- In Capture, go to Dashboard and click on one of the teams.
- Click on the group by icon on the top-right corner of the screen to enable Group By (or to disable Group By)
