Hi, I have sent the coc for a trip and I haven’t received the email since yesterday. Do you know what is causing that?
RespondidaIf there is a delay for receiving the eCOC xml emails greater than 10 minutes, it’s likely something is not quite right. eCOC emails should be received within a minute of completing the work on the Capture app or approving in Manager web portal.
If it has taken longer than 10 minutes, email support@obzervr.com and we will take a look.
