Obzervr Cloud v41.49 release (Primary)

Obzervr Cloud v41.49 - to preview on 30/03/2022 and primary on 06/04/2022 includes the following updates:

• A change to support new Assignment behavior where all fields will be mandatory if the Assignment belongs to any team(s) that are added to the 'Mandatory Fields' list. 
• A change to support new tenant settings which enable you to skip mandatory fields in an Assignment, and enter a comment instead. 
• Introduces the Skip field for Mandatory Fields when configuring Work Templates and the tenant setting to Allow Skipping on Mandatory Fields is enabled. 
• Resolves an issue with the status of assignments when a trip is uncompleted. 
• Resolves an issue where the Manager Dashboard Calendar shows some assignments for some users but not for other users.
• Resolves an issue in Worklist V2 where the dates and times are not shown according to the browser locale i.e. shown in Australian format i.e. 29/03/2022 instead of 03/29/2022 or in the ISO format 2022-03-29. 
• Resolves an issue in Worklist V2 where it was not possible to save your View if you had applied a date filter directly from the 'From Date' or 'To Date' columns. 
• Introduces some preliminary components to add A4 photos to the completed PDF - once deployed in full, this will allow inspectors and work order reviewers to see the images captured in a larger A4 size in the appendix of the completed PDF. This initial release includes the components for a tenant administrator to view and toggle new 'Completed PDF' options in the tenant Settings; however, further components are required for the PDF process to generate the images in an A4 size. This means that until those components are released, you will be able to turn on this option in the Settings, but completed PDFs will not show A4 images. NOTE: As of 12/04/2022, it is currently not recommended to turn the tenant setting on as it will create redundant pages in the completed PDF because the A4 size image is not currently being generated. There is no feature flag for the A4 size page aside from the tenant setting.
