Obzervr Cloud v41.70b Release (Primary)

Obzervr Cloud v41.70 - to preview on 12/10/2022 and primary on 25/10/2022 includes the following updates:

• Foundational work for Security Groups in Obzervr Console.
• Resolves an issue where querying for an assignment showed some reoccurrence information incorrectly. 
• Resolves an issue in the Completed PDF where a Child Group was displayed incorrectly compared with Capture.
• Introduces an infrastructure update to our webhooks, roles and permissions service. 
• Introduces a background process which will archive old versions of fragment and work templates so that sync performance is not affected. This will also resolve an issue were sometimes the sync would get stuck on pulling templates as the templates were missing. 
• Resolves an issue where the Query Work API did not return child group information. 
• Introduces changes for further foundational work for syncing exception management. 
• Resolves an issue where the Analytics would not load if the 'preview' version of the Obzervr Manager URL was used.
