All feedback is consolidated in Feedback Management, where you can promptly address feedback to ensure your teams follow accurate procedures, reducing errors and boosting productivity.

Permissions
To access Exception Management, you will need the following permissions:

Feedback Management: Admin
Admin permission enables viewing, assigning, updating the status, and commenting on feedback.

Feedback Management: Read
Read permissions allow viewing of the list only.

Field operators can quickly provide feedback while performing tasks on Capture. This feedback syncs automatically to Feedback Management, displaying all feedback in one easy to manage list — including all important context such as where and who it came from.
Manage your feedback as workflows
Feedback Management lets you track the progress of raised feedback and what actions are needed to implement them. You can:
- Update the status to track its progress
- Assign feedback to another user for the next action.
- Add comments to provide context
- Select more than one to manage in bulk
