Get notified by email of changes to Exceptions, Feedback, and your custom entities, removing the need for manual monitoring. Don’t miss key exceptions and feedback assigned to you, from you, or updates to its progress. Receive daily summary emails customized for you and your team’s work for a quick overview of progress.
Coming soon: You will soon also be able to receive real time emails for when exceptions or feedback are created, and set a time to receive your daily summary.

Filtering capabilities for the priority column in Exception Management
You will now be able to filter your exceptions by priority (high medium, low) on Exception Management.
🐞Bug Fixes
- A Capture sync issue with feedback and other custom entities.
- An issue with the assignment summary sidesheet showing on Exception and Feedback Management when its feature flag is turned off.
- A sorting issue on the ‘assigned to’ column on Exception and Feedback Management.
- An issue where exceptions in Exception Management were occasionally not sorting by priority.
