Here is an example of an asset condition report template created using Windward AutoTag. Your data is collected in Obzervr Capture and sync'd to the cloud. Windward AutoTag pulls the data from the Obzervr SQL database using the tags displayed in the images below.
The [Red] Tags are Query Tags. They contain SQL queries to query the Obzervr database. The [Blue] tags are called Out Tags. They will auto-fill with data when an output report is generated.
The contents page operates the same as a normal contents page, unless there is an Out Tag in the report which is formatted as a Heading. The Heading Out Tag result will appear in the Contents Page when it is updated.
Asset Information Page
Tables can be used to format your data. The [Blue] Out Tags will be auto-filled with information from the Obzervr database.
Defect Summary Page
The [Orange] tag is called a For Each tag. It allows you to extract data from the same place for your set conditions. In this example, the Time Series ID is being queried and then the red [SFM] tag is querying the Series Field Measurements to pull out the Defect Location, Component, Defect Code etc.
Also, the Defect Description is formatting as a Heading. Therefore, when an output report is generated, the Defect Descriptions will appear in the Contents List.
Another [Orange] For Each tag is used to pull the photos and documents from the database. If there are multiple photos for a defect, then all of the photos will appear in the report.
The pixelated sun image is an [Import] tag. This allows you to import photos as a image into the report.
The [Yellow] tag under the image is a link to the photo URLs, so that they can be viewed in an internet browser.
The orange [:ForEach] tag closes the ForEach tag loop which is pulling all of the photos.
Page 5 has the last [:ForEach] tag on a separate page to format each defect on a new page.
