- Open the app and click the burger icon on the top-left corner to open the menu.
- Navigate to the Technical Support page.
- Select your preferred service.

Your support escalation path
In case of you facing difficulties in doing your Work or having issues while using the Capture App, here is your support escalation path
- Navigate to your Technical Support page on your Capture App and click View Frequently Asked Questions. This will direct you to our Support Page where we have addressed your issues with solutions.
- In case of having no connection. please kindly contact your 1st point-of-contact (POC) - your Manager at your site (?)
- Log a Support Call. Navigate to your Technical Support page on your Capture App and click View Frequently Asked Questions. This will direct you to an Online Form, kindly fill in the required information and Submit
- Note The more details you submit to use, the faster that we solve your issues.
