On Monday 16th August, it was reported at 6am (Brisbane time) that Manager was not loading the Dashboard or Worklist pages as expected. This presents as seen in the screenshots shown below.
This happened again on Tuesday 17th August at 5:24am and was resolved at 5:45am, 7:50am and was resolved at 8:40am.
There were instances were it occurred and recovered on Wednesday 18th August as well.
This issue is due to the Obzervr Work API not responding as expected and the normal automatic reboot services not rebooting it. Throughout the week, it has been resolved by a simple manual reboot of the API by our Infrastructure engineers. Since this appears to be an issue with the underlying cloud infrastructure, we have logged a call with Microsoft and will provide updates as the issue progresses. In the meantime, our infrastructure engineers will be monitoring the APIs to ensure that we can ensure quickly resolve the issue and minimise its impact.
