Service Status Update 23.08.21 - Manager is back

On Monday 23rd August, as of 2:15 pm in Brisbane time, Obzervr Manager cannot be loaded.

The issue is now rectified as of 2:35 pm in Brisbane time. Obzervr Manager is now accessible as normal.

RCA is as follow:

We're preparing to apply a set of new security protocols for the service in line with continuous improvements in security. The update was being prepared for this evening, during our usual update Window. No downtime outage was expected or required, but the update was accidentally applied to all services during the preparation. This took roughly 30min to undo and all services are working as expected.
