Notice of process to begin disabling communication over TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1

In line with security best practice, Obzervr is beginning to disable support for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. 

This change will impact all our API endpoints. This means that this upgrade might impact our integrations with Pronto and SAP. 

We don't expect to have any problems, as we have already conducted all our own tests for this upgrade, but we are aware that our customers run a complex array of networking environments that we can't be 100% sure will not have any issues with being forced to use TLS 1.2. 

To help test this for our customer's systems before affecting production systems, we plan to upgrade our Preview environment first, to allow our customers and partners to test their integration and access for their Sandbox / Quality environments. We plan to perform this on May 23 2022.
