Obzervr is back this month with a new feature update for Statuses!
Previously we only had Reasons for the ‘On Hold’ status. When putting a work order on hold, you're prompted to enter a pre-defined reason.
You couldn't enter a Reason or Comment when cancelling a work order.
Introducing Status Reasons - an updated version of the On Hold Reasons.
Now, you will be able to add a Reason and Comment when work is Cancelled.
This will help Supervisors communicate and provide context to other team members for why a work order has been cancelled, like they have been able to for On Hold work.

What’s Changed
- The Configuration section previously called “On Hold Reasons” is now called “Status Reasons”

Permissions required for Status Reasons
To create a Status Reason, you will need Configuration Admin or Configuration General permissions in Manager.
Not sure what the Configuration Admin permissions are?
Read all about it here at Roles and Permissions on Obzervr Manager.
Note, if you’re a Tenant Admin or Organisation Admin, you will automatically be allocated these roles.
