About Assignment Dashboard
The assignments dashboard allows you to add additional components to the assignment list, creating a dashboard that provides context to improve your management process. These components we call ‘widgets’. With widgets, you are able to choose what additional information you want on the dashboard, and where.
Currently, we support widgets for:
-
Roster
The roster widget displays the availability and scheduled hours of team members, helping you schedule work based on resource availability and ensuring everyone has work assigned. Learn more here.
Note: the roster widget requires integration with a resourcing system to function.
-
Notepad
The notepad widget is a flexible and collaborative tool for sharing and editing notepads with teammates or for personal use. It enables chronological visualization of notes and provides a simple yet powerful way to capture and share information. Learn more here.
The assignment list uses the same list and views as the worklist. This means that you can reuse your views without needing to recreate anything. In other words, any views or changes made to either the worklist or the assignment dashboard will be synchronized, eliminating the need to recreate or duplicate them.

How to Access the Assignment Dashboard

- Select which widget you want in the placements available (left or right)

You can also disable and enable the widgets. This allows you to hide the widgets when you want to focus only on the assignments.
- Click on the widget button.
- Click the enable widget toggle so that is in the off state.
- Confirm your changes
The widgets will now be hidden from the assignment dashboard. You can enable them by following the same steps as disabling. This will enable widgets in the same setup before you disable them.
