Taking photos is key to field work. Photos are evidence for compliance purposes and are the simplest way to support recommendations.
For example, one of our Obzervr Capture users takes photos of defects on mining equipment to aid in maintenance scheduling. For this reason, Obzervr promotes image capture as well as traditional measurement data. It's simple to add photos to your assignment. Here’s how:
5 steps to take photos in Obzervr Capture
Click the Photos icon
Select the plus + button.
Select to Select an image from the gallery or Take a new picture.
Once the image is added, click the X icon on the top-right corner to save and exit.
The text underneath the Camera button will show how many images are saved to that section.
And that's how you take photos with Obzervr Capture! When you sync, your photos will be displayed in the assignment on Obzervr Manager.
When you take a photo through Obzervr Capture, a copy will be put in your photo gallery so that there is a backup copy of the photo stored on the device.
