2018 September Release Notes – Obzervr Manager

Additional features have been implemented to Obzervr Manager for a better user experience.

The latest version of Obzervr Manager is v26.

What’s new?

Teams

• Users can be added to a Team and a Team can be configured to limit the visibility of Assignment Types, Locations, Test Plans and Trip Templates.
• Assignments and Trips now include the ability to be associated with a Team and this means that you can give Users access to Obzervr Manager while ensuring they can only see work that is important to them (i.e. work for teams that they are a member of). 
• Having access to Obzervr Manager allows Users to review work already completed and removed from their device as well as review work completed by others in their Team(s).

Integrated Obzervr Analytics

Users with the Tenant Administrator role will have a new 'Analytics' menu. This provides access directly to Obzervr Analytics reports that have been published without signing in with separate credentials.

What’s Changed?

Multiple Field Operators

An Assignment can be given to more than one field worker by including additional operators in the 'Field Operators' listing for that Assignment. In this case, the Assignment will appear on the devices of each field worker and they can both update the assignment simultaneously. If they both update the same measures, whomever synchronises last will set the current value. All values are audited.

Updated Chain of Custody (CoC) Management

The management and approval of a CoC has been updated to merge the management of QA/QC and Regular Samples into one view. This view will also group containers into their samples for easier management.
