Webhooks – How can Obzervr tell you what it has done?
Obzervr is an integration first system. We use APIs to communicate with other systems. Webhooks1 are an API Obzervr employs to allow an external system to subscribe to one of our channels. When an event occurs in Obzervr that applies to that tenant and their subscription, the Obzervr Cloud Platform will call the external system’s endpoint using the API Key and URL provided during configuration.
Webhooks are offered by the largest and most prominent SaaS solutions including, PayPal, Stripe, Uber, Dropbox, Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Amazon and many others.

Alerts – real time SMS & email notifications
Obzervr wants to make sure that you’re informed 24/7. Get alerted immediately via SMS or email when a field measure is out of range. Set up your alerts in the new Alerts menu under Security in Obzervr Manager.
What’s changed?
Bulk Assignment Allocate - edit the Assigned To and Field Operators
Edit the Assignees and Field Operators for multiple Assignments on the go. Use the bulk selection menu to change the User for Open or Assigned Assignments.
Grid options – set the number of items per page
Use Grid Options to control the number of items listed on a page. For example, on the Assignment page, there are 50 default items, but you might like to change it to 100 items on the page and maintain the number of items in the list. To remove the number of items, just click the Clear Grid Options button to revert to the default.
Assignment Export is more user friendly – Assignment Points are listed on each tab
Based on customer feedback, we’ve added an Assignment Point column to each tab of the Assignment export so it’s easier to know what Assignment data you’re looking at.
