Getting a sync error using Obzervr Capture?

You should backup your device so that we can fix it for you. Backing up Obzervr Capture will allow us to replicate the issue on your device.

How to backup Obzervr Capture

1. In the Obzervr Capture mobile app, click the menu.
2. Select Diagnostics.
3. On the Diagnostics page, select to Start Upload.
4. This might take a while. The estimated time remaining will infer how long the backup will take.
