Why and when do we need to sync our devices?

Obzervr Capture allows Users to work offline in areas without Wi-Fi or network connection, the data is stored on the device until it comes online, and syncing is possible.

Why is it important?

Syncing your device allows you to get the latest work information and provides visibility of work progress or completion and critical work that needs to be done.

When do we need to sync?

There are two instances when a user must manually sync the Capture app:

1. Every time the User marks their work as “complete”
2. When the Supervisor assigns new work to the User
