The Obzervr Capture Workflow

What is the Obzervr Capture Workflow?

In the Obzervr Capture app, you can separate your work into stages, which is based on the context of the job: tasks you need to do before you can complete your work, the main task of your work, and tasks to close out the work. The workflow is set up by your Obzervr Administrator in the Manager web portal.

This is represented by the Plan, Work and Complete workflow. 

Plan = tasks you need to do before you can complete your work i.e. Take 5, JSEA or other Risk & Hazard Control. 

Work = the main task of your work i.e. a Daily Grinding Area inspection, sampling or a Well Purge. 

Complete = tasks to close out the work i.e. Sign Off or a Chain of Custody.

What about the Overview tab?

The Overview tab is for important details about the work you are doing. It's information that you might need, but don't necessarily need to act. 

How to find the Overview tab

• Open the Obzervr Capture app and select an Assignment.

  • If there is the Plan phase in the Assignment, you will see the Plan page first.

  • If there is no Plan phase in the Assignment, you will see the Work page.

  • Swipe left or click to access the Assignment Overview page of the Assignment.

• So you can see the Assignment type, category, coordinates etc.
