Deprecation of Worklist v1

🗒️ Note: Worklist is a Label Alias and may appear in your tenant as ‘Work Orders’ or ‘Assignments’, Worklist v1 is usually displayed as ‘Work Orders (Old)’ or ‘Assignments (Old).

We will be retiring our legacy version of Worklist (v1) as part of our product roadmap and commitment to meeting the needs of our customers. Worklist v1 will no longer be available from the 31st of December, 2024. 

The new and improved version of Worklist (v2) has been available for some time, and contains all the original functionality as well as a suite of new features and enhancements. Users will be directed here once Worklist v1 is retired.

Email Notifications for Exception and Feedback Management

🔑 Note: This capability requires additional setup to be enabled. Please contact Obzervr Support at support@obzervr.com to request enabling this.

Get notified by email of changes to Exceptions, Feedback, and your custom entities, removing the need for manual monitoring. Don’t miss key exceptions and feedback assigned to you, from you, or updates to its progress. Receive daily summary emails customised for you and your team’s work for a quick overview of progress.

Coming soon: You will soon also be able to receive real time emails for when exceptions or feedback are created, and select a time to receive your daily summary.

New Columns, Filtering, and Grouping Capabilities for Exception Management and Feedback Management

We’ve added new columns, sorting, and grouping capabilities to Exception Management and Feedback Management to match what is available in Worklist. See more context at a glance on your Exceptions and Feedback without having to open individual assignments. New columns:

• Assignment ID
• Assignment Point ID
• Has Attachments
• Has Uploads

Completed PDF Regeneration for Finalised Assignments

You can now enable a second completed PDF to be generated when assignments are finalised, including who completed and finalised the assignment, allowing for added context and history when reviewing.

Selecting Team Mandatory on Assignment Creation

We’ve added a new tenant setting for making the team field mandatory when creating assignments.

More Minor Enhancements

• Filter your exceptions by priority (high medium, low) on Exception Management.
• Improved load times when selecting assignment points from a long list when creating assignments
• Analytics dashboards can now be set up to use more than one dataset each as needed.
• Assignment summary sidesheet reasons banner now displays “No Comment Provided” where the reason is optional and not provided.
