Creating your Obzervr account |
The link to verify my email isn’t working. |
Contact an Obzervr Manager user and they will resend the verification email. You have 48 hours to verify your email address. |
I get a blank screen when I click on the verification link. |
The blank screen is usually due to a corporate firewall. Try using another internet browser or try on your mobile phone browser e.g. Safari or Chrome. |

Assignments |
My field workers have completed assignments but I can’t see them on the web portal. |
First, check that your Field Capture user has pulled down to sync their assignments in an area with a Wi-Fi network. Then, refresh your browser. If the assignments aren’t there or they aren’t completed, there might be a sync error. Contact your IT Support desk to log a call with Obzervr Support. |
How do I export to Excel? |
Navigate to the Work page under SCHEDULE. Select the Actions dropdown menu. Select Export to export the Work to an Excel file. |

What’s the difference between Open, Assigned, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled and Finalised?

What happens when I delete Work? |
You cannot delete the Work. |

Laboratory |
Why aren’t my labs working? |
Your quote (i.e. Test Plan) might have expired. Navigate to Laboratory > Actions > Test Plan and select the pencil icon to edit the Validity To and From Dates. |
