What is a tenant?

Here at Obzervr, we like to talk about something called a "tenant". A lot. Sometimes we forget that "tenant" can be quite confusing. (Guilty).

So I thought I'd explain what a tenant is. Obzervr is part of the digital transformation away from a paper-based process where forms are filed once they're complete. 

What is a tenant?

A tenant is like a virtual filing cabinet in a house for your data (the database).

Every time you collect data in the Obzervr Capture mobile app, you're automatically filing the info into the virtual filing cabinet.

The computer is filing for you. 

Then, when you decide to do Analytics, we know exactly where to find the info you're looking for, because it has been meticulously filed.
