How do I go back and enter old inspections? We have some that have been completed on paper and need to enter these into the system from the beginning of the month.

This is a bit more complex - I would create the inspections on today's date in the Obzervr Capture app and then back date and complete them on Manager web tool, as follows: 

  1. Create and fill in inspections on Capture app on the current date i.e. 15th September. 

  2. Sync inspections on the Capture app. 

  3. Open Obzervr Manager web tool.

  4. Go to Work Orders V2. 

  5. Whilst the inspection is In Progress, click on the three dots and select Reschedule. 

  6. Click Custom and back date to the required date. 

  7. Once the date has been updated, mark the inspection as Complete, by clicking on In Progress and selecting Complete.

NOTE: You will need access to Obzervr Manager in order to complete the steps. If you find that you cannot complete the following, contact your Supervisor or an Obzervr Administrator at support@obzervr.com.
