We recognize the critical importance of the information in assignments for external reports and analytics. That's why we offer quick and easy export functions to support this vital task!
In this article, we will explain how to export single or multiple assignments, how to export all the field values of the assignments, or export the view data.

Exporting Multiple Assignments
Using the worklist, you can export multiple assignments to Excel in two formats: all header details and field values, or the view values.
To export multiple assignments:
- Select the checkbox of the assignments you want to export (or select the checkbox on the column header to select all the assignments on the page)
- Select the ‘more options’ icon button ( ⋮ ) in the selection bar
- Select the type of export you want. Either:

Export assignments
This will export all the assignments’ header details and field values for your selected assignment.

Export current view
This will export the information currently displayed in the table of your view.

Your export will now be downloaded as an Excel file to your device or computer.
💡Tip: You can export more assignments than just the ones on your current page. To do this, select the next page and check the boxes of the additional assignments you want to export.
Export Single Assignments
You can export a single assignment by:
- Select the ‘more options’ icon button ( ⋮ ) on the right side of the row of the assignment you want to export. This will export the header details of the assignment.
Your export will now be downloaded as an Excel file to your device or computer.
Note: This export will only include the assignment's header details. If you want to export its field values or the view's values, use the ‘export multiple assignments’ option and select only one assignment.
