[Capture] Supporting multiple instances in Prerequisite groups

Prerequisite groups allow you to block users from progressing through the assignment and focusses their attention on a key group, like a Take 5 or SLAM before commencing the inspection. 

However, originally, prerequisite groups did not accomodate for multiple people working on the same assignment. 

As displayed below, where multiple instances have been defined for a Take 5 or SLAM prerequisite group, completing an instance will still allow you to create another instance for another operator to complete.
