Search by Column
You can also search by columns in tables. This feature enables you to refine your search by matching inputs with the data of a specific column. It also allows you to set unique parameters for each column, or even search by multiple columns simultaneously. This is particularly useful for specific or advanced searches.
Search Parameters
To search in a column, type under the column name, next to the search (🔍) or filter icon. Clicking the icon will display the list of available parameters and show the default parameter. If the search or filter icon is not visible for the column, then it cannot be searched. If the search or filter icon is not clickable, then there are no search parameters available. Click on ‘reset’ to clear the search in that column.
Below is a list of potential parameters.
Note: Not all parameters are available on every column.

---|---|

Starts with | Shows only results starting with the search input |
Equals | Shows only results which are exactly the same as the search input |
Ends with | Shows only results that end with the search input |

Alternatively, uncheck the checkbox to the left to remove the search/filter selection while retaining the combination of search parameters to be reapplied if the checkbox is ticked again.
Filtering Columns
On option columns, you can filter the column by one or more options. Click on the filter icon next to the column name of the column you would like to filter. From there, you will be able to check the options you would like the options that should be shown.
Sorting by Column
To sort a column, click on the column name. this will sort the results displayed in an ascending order. Click again to have it sort in a descending order. To reset sort, right-click on the sorted column header and select ‘clear sorting’.
Note: Results can only be sorted by only one column at a time. Clicking on a different column will change the results to be sorted by that column instead.
