How to reassign a Trip to another User

Do you need somebody else to complete your Trip? If there’s uncompleted work on your User which you need to transfer to another User, you will need to access Obzervr Manager and Obzervr Capture.

To reassign your Trip to another User, follow the steps below:

Obzervr Capture

1. On the Obzervr Capture app, Complete the Trip on User 1’s account.
2. Sync User 1’s account.

Obzervr Manager

3. Open Obzervr Manager and navigate to the Trips page.
4. Find the Trip in the List and click to Mark the Trip as Not Complete.
5. Click to open the Trip.
6. In the Edit Trip page, click the pencil edit icon.
7. Next, edit the Assigned To field and change the name from User 1 to User 2.
8. Click to save the Trip.

Obzervr Capture

9. Reopen Obzervr Capture using User 2’s account.
10. Synchronise. 
11. Swipe left to view the Trips List.
12. The Trip will display in the Trip List.

You have reassigned a Trip to another User.
