How to find deactivated Trip Templates in Obzervr Manager

Wondering if you just deleted a Trip Template when you thought you'd just deactivated it?

Don't worry, it hasn't been deleted.

If you deactivate a Trip Template, you might notice that it will disappear from the Trip Template list. There is a setting which removes Trip Templates from the list if they are deactivated.

How to find deactivated Trip Templates 

1. Open Obzervr Manager.
2. Navigate to the Console by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of the screen and selecting Manage Tenant(s) from the list.
3. Click on tenants.
4. In the tenant’s page, click on Settings.
5. There will be an option called Show Deactivated Trip Templates. Select On.
6. Click Save.
7. Reopen the Trip Template page. You will then be able to see the deactivated Trip Template.
8. Click to reactivate the Trip Template.
