Setting/Configuration for Field Fragments

Settings that are applied to Field Fragments:

Settings tab

Configuration	Details
Mandatory	You *must* fill these in before you can mark the work as complete. Again, this could be a Take-5 or Pre-start safety check or even Timesheets to ensure we get paid
Read Only	Read-only mode for field measures that you don’t want users to input data for
Identifier	Identifier here is used for system integration purpose.

Option tab

Configuration	Details
Helpers and Pre/Post Text	These allow you to add 'notes' and additional detail to the Field
Restrictions/Disable Options	To disable commenting, scanning or expanding options for the field measurements
Inline Photos	Inline Photos are .jpg or .png images that will display above the field measure. In other words, it’s “inline”. This means that you can reference the image as you input the data.
Attachments	Attachments are images(.jpg or .png file types) and documents(.pdf file types) which are hidden behind a paper clip icon for the field measure. PDF documents are limited to 5Mb.

Setting/Configuration for Group Fragments

Settings that are applied to Group Fragments:

Reoccurrence	Reoccurrence is the series in Assignment Setup. Read Series Explained to understand.

Is Preliminary	Preliminary Groups are ‘fill this in first’ prerequisite Groups which stop you from proceeding with your work until you complete that Group! Examples are compiling a Take-5 before starting your main job
Priority	Priority Groups to highlight which Groups are important for completing your work
Optional	Optional Groups are the opposite to Preliminary Groups - you might not need to complete them to finish your work, but you might need them in some scenarios. We let you decide
