Exceptions are classified into 3 priorities: high, medium and low. With each priority, Users can be notified in different ways.
| Priority | Receipt Type | Receiver | Flag on Work list |
| High | SMS and Email | Supervisor and Work Operator (if a mobile number is entered) | Red flag |
| Medium | Daily Exception Summary Email | Supervisor | Orange flag |
| Low | Daily Exception Summary Email | Supervisor | Yellow flag |
