Step 1: How to verify your Obzervr log in

Creating and verifying Users on Obzervr is easy!

At Obzervr, to access and work with both the Obzervr Capture and Obzervr Manager, you will need an Obzervr User. Each User belongs to a different organization or tenant, hence we only allow a new User to be created by existing users, who could be your manager or the Obzervr team, to make sure the new User is correctly placed into their organization.

Therefore, make sure that you get your manager to create the account for you (or refer the authorized person to How to add Users on Obzervr so they could help to create your account).

Then, when the User is created, a verification email is sent to the new user's email address. 

There are five verification steps: 

1. Click on the link to verify your email address.

2. Set a new password.

3. Open a new tab/browser and navigate to your organisation URL at https://[your-organisation-link].obzervr.io

4. Sign in to Obzervr Manager or Capture with your new login.

5. Accept Terms of Service

6. Change the world. 

Let's go into details:

1. Check your mailbox and click on the link to verify your email address

Check your Spam/Junk folder if you cannot find the email in your Primary inbox.

2. Set a password

Here at Obzervr, we want to ensure that your account is secure. We have a couple of password requirements:

• Must be between 8 and 64 characters long. 
  Hint: Use personal, easy to remember passphrases instead of just one strange word. Or let a password manager generate and populate the password for you. 

• Must not be common. 
  Obzervr prevents you from choosing passwords from the top 100k most common passwords.

3. Navigate to your organisation URL 

Open a new tab/browser and navigate to your organisation URL at https://[your-organisation-link].obzervr.io

4. Sign in with your new Obzervr log in

Sign in with your email address and password to Obzervr Manager. 

5. Read and Accept the Obzervr Terms of Service

Congratulations! You have logged in to Obzervr Manager! If you're a Capture User, you can now install and download the app. Check out Step 2: How to install Obzervr Capture.
