How to uncollect samples

Want to learn how to uncollect your samples?

It's pretty quick to mark your sample as Not Collected. If you've already relinquished the sample on a Chain of Custody, you will need to unrelinquish it first. Read How to remove or unrelinquish a Chain of Custody on Obzervr Capture to learn how.  

How to uncollect your samples

1. Open Obzervr Capture to the Obzerv phase and select Sampling.
2. Click the progress circle of the Sample that you want to edit. More options will appear at the bottom of the screen. 
3. Select the 'Not Collected' option. The progress circle will change from a green colour to a grey colour. 

You have uncollected a sample!
