What is Work? 

Work is a job at a place by a person with a date & time. Work can be broken down into:

• A job = Work Type
• A place = Functional Location or Plant Item
• A person = User

Why do I need to know about Work on Obzervr Capture?

Work is the daily activity that carried out by you every day. Users use Work on Obzervr Capture to capture readings and we will automatically send the data to our data centre, analyze and provide you with useful analytics about your organization.

The Obzervr Capture Workflow?

In the Obzervr Capture app, you can separate your work into stages, which is based on the context of the job: tasks you need to do before you can complete your work, the main task of your work, and tasks to close out the work. The workflow is set up by your Obzervr Administrator in the Manager web portal.

This is represented by the Plan, Work and Complete workflow. 

• Plan = tasks you need to do before you can complete your work i.e. Take 5, JSEA or other Risk & Hazard Control. 
• Work = the main task of your work i.e. a Daily Grinding Area inspection, sampling or a Well Purge. 
• Complete = tasks to close out the work i.e. Sign Off or a Chain of Custody.

What do I need to know about Work on Manager Portal?

In Work, there are three other elements that you need to learn:

1. Work Template - a digitalised form of your Work Form or Job Card. This is used to allow field workers to capture the required information to complete a type of work.
2. Measurements
